Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hunt top driving talent using ATS’s processes to build our truck fleet.
• Reach out to qualified applicants within 24 hours of identification.
• Explain driving opportunities and guide candidates to ATS fits.
• Collaborate with Operations Driver Support & Safety Coordinators for pre-approval and orientation prep.
• Make effective hiring calls and schedule orientation.
• Track applications and maintain candidate engagement through the process.
