Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience with commercial trucking companies.
• Experience leading a team of 5–10 recruiters.
• Proven ability to reduce cost per hire and time to hire.
• Experience planning multi-channel ad placement and lead-gen strategies.
• FMCSA/DOT driver qualification knowledge and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 5–10 recruiters with clear goals and standards.
• Deliver weekly recruiting updates and track cost per hire, time to hire, and hires.
• Develop and manage multi-channel ad placement and lead generation strategies.
• Plan and evaluate truck shows and industry events for recruiting ROI.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA/DOT requirements and recruiting processes.
