Job summary

ATS, Inc. in St. Cloud, MN, is seeking a Vice President of Driver Recruiting to provide strategic leadership and oversee the driver recruiting group from our in-office corporate headquarters.

Reporting to the COO, you will develop recruitment marketing strategies to attract Class A, Lease, and Owner-Operator drivers in support of growth and customer service goals. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, HR, marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in driver recruiting, capacity development, or transportation talent acquisition.
• Deep knowledge of the driver labor market, CDL requirements, recruiting strategies, and transportation industry trends.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, and workforce planning initiatives that drive business growth.
• Strong business, financial, and analytical acumen with experience using data, metrics, and P&L insights to guide decision-making and improve performance.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders, lead high-performing teams, and build strategic industry partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes driver recruiting strategies aligned with company growth and capacity objectives.
• Establishes recruiting goals, performance metrics, and initiatives that support ATS business priorities.
• Partners with senior leaders to align recruiting strategies, policies, and processes with organizational objectives.
• Promotes collaboration across departments and locations to drive recruiting success.
• Oversees the end-to-end driver recruiting lifecycle, including pipeline development, sourcing, conversion, and hiring performance.
• Leads recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies, and process improvements to attract and hire top driver talent.
• Drives recruiting effectiveness through data-driven decision-making, performance metrics, and regular reporting to executive leadership.
• Builds and develops a high-performing recruiting team focused on accountability, results, and continuous improvement.
