Responsibilities

• Establish and execute the strategic direction for the division in alignment with enterprise strategy.
• Maintain accountability for division financial performance, including revenue and profitability.
• Translate market and mission trends into clear priorities and investments.
• Build a balanced portfolio and new business opportunities across customers and missions.
• Lead business development, capture, proposal, and customer engagement activities.
• Represent CTC externally with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure successful execution of programs and maintain executive visibility into performance and risks.
