Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in national security, intelligence, or DoD programs.
• Proven track record leading and winning complex captures ($100M+).
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Strong IC/DoD customer relationships and acquisition knowledge (OTAs).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the MSBA growth strategy aligned with Intel Sector objectives.
• Build and manage a multi-year pipeline across IT, mission support, intel analysis, information operations, and software portfolios.
• Identify emerging customer needs and market trends to guide opportunity pursuit.
• Oversee BD activities including account planning, call plans, customer engagement, and qualification.
• Lead major captures and enterprise IT modernization opportunities.
• Collaborate with the CTO organization to integrate innovation into solution development.
• Lead dispersed BD and capture teams; drive pricing and proposals.
