Qualifications
- 15+ years of combined operational and technical experience across defense, intelligence, international, or commercial technology programs.
- Experience in senior technical leadership roles (VP Engineering, Principal Architect, Chief Engineer, or equivalent).
- Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
- GROW: as principal technical strategist for international and commercial portfolio to win new business.
- LEAD: own technical standards and end-to-end delivery across programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget results.
- MANAGE: accountable for technical quality, client satisfaction, and team development.
- CONNECT: build relationships with senior technical stakeholders across defense and industry.
- EVOLVE: evaluate emerging tech and align product prioritization with client feedback.
