Concurrent Technologies Corporation seeks a strategic Vice President for Digital Mission Solutions. The role leads executive teams, shapes the division's vision, and ensures program excellence across national security customers.

The VP will drive growth, manage budgets, strengthen senior-level customer relationships, and partner across CTC to deliver differentiated digital and mission capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, business, or a related technical or professional discipline.
• Significant progressive leadership experience within the Intelligence Community, DoD, national security, or government contracting.
• Experience leading a substantial technical, mission, or business organization through other leaders.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, portfolio performance, or P&L outcomes.
• Experience building senior-level customer relationships and understanding complex government customer missions.
• Experience contributing to business development, capture, customer shaping, and organizational growth.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the security clearance required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the strategic direction for the Digital Mission Solutions Division in alignment with enterprise strategy and growth objectives.
• Lead relationships with senior IC and national security stakeholders and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure successful execution of programs, maintain financial performance, and manage risks.
• Develop leadership capabilities and sustain a high-performing division through talent growth.
• Collaborate across the enterprise to deliver integrated capabilities and expand customer impact.
