Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Technical Mission Growth Lead to bridge hands-on cyber operations with mission-focused product strategy. The role blends technical operations, mission specialization, and product management to move ideas from pain points to deployed capabilities, engaging with mission partners throughout the lifecycle.

You will drive strategy, prototyping, and capture efforts while acting as a trusted advisor to operators and leadership in high-trust environments.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in offensive cyber, technical targeting, or intelligence operations.
• Ability to write scripts, leverage APIs, and deploy infrastructure for demos.
• Familiarity with modern networking and cyber tooling.
• Ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs to engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of government acquisition and contracting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mission-Aligned Growth across offensive cyber and intelligence spaces.
• Prototype and deliver technical demonstrations in lab and customer environments.
• Manage cross-functional teams to craft compelling solicitation responses.
• Act as trusted advisor to operators and technical leadership during engagements.
• Shape requirements and contribute technical context to proposals and contracts.
