You will build relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeepers, coordinate with product and wealth teams, and use CRM and market insights to hit annual targets. A base salary ranges 200k-275k with potential bonus; this role is based in Washington state.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in retirement plan sales with proven goal attainment.
• Established relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper teams.
• Strong knowledge of defined contribution markets and ERISA.
• Experience with private assets or guaranteed income is a plus.
• Effective presentation skills and sound judgment.
• FINRA Series 6 & 63 or Series 7 required.
• Bachelor's degree in business/finance or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Own annual territory sales targets across Apollo and Vitera defined contribution offerings.
• Build relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper field teams.
• Develop and execute territory plans with priority advisors and measurable outcomes.
• Lead advisor education, field events, and finalist presentations; coordinate product depth with specialists.
• Collaborate with Apollo's Global Wealth field counterparts to align coverage.
• Coordinate with recordkeeper partners on meetings and campaigns.
• Utilize CRM data and market intelligence to refine targeting and maintain pipeline discipline.
