Job summary

Athene, a leading retirement solutions provider, seeks a senior sales leader to own the annual territory targets across Apollo and Vitera offerings. You will build and deepen relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeepers to drive local adoption nationwide.

You will develop territory plans, lead advisor education, and coordinate with partners to win together. Requires 10+ years in retirement plan sales, established advisor relationships, and FINRA licenses; base pay $200k–$275k

Qualifications

10+ years in retirement plan sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Established relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper field teams.
Strong command of advisor-led channels and office-to-field opportunities.
Knowledge of defined contribution markets, ERISA fundamentals, and private assets or guaranteed income.
Excellent presentation skills; FINRA licenses required (Series 6/63 or Series 7).

Responsibilities

Own the annual territory sales target across Apollo and Vitera defined contribution offerings.
Build relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper field teams, driving local adoption.
Develop and execute a territory plan with priority advisors and measurable outcomes.
Lead advisor education, field events, and finalist presentations with product support when needed.
Partner with Apollo's Global Wealth field counterparts to align coverage and win together.
Coordinate with recordkeeper partners on joint meetings, campaigns, and opportunities.
Use CRM data and market insights to refine targeting and maintain pipeline discipline.
