The role emphasizes strong advisor relationships, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to expand market share and deliver measurable outcomes. Travel is substantial (70%+), with a structured training program in the first year and ongoing support from product and investment

Qualifications

• 10+ years in retirement plan sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Established relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper teams.
• Knowledge of defined contribution markets and ERISA fundamentals; private assets or guaranteed income a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the annual territory sales target across Apollo and Vitera DC offerings.
• Build relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper field teams.
• Develop a territory plan with priority advisors and measurable sales outcomes.
• Lead advisor education, field events, and finalist presentations; involve product experts as needed.
• Coordinate with Global Wealth field counterparts to align coverage and win together.
• Manage joint meetings, campaigns, and opportunities with recordkeeper partners.
• Use CRM data and market insights, plus AI tools, to refine targeting and pipeline.
