Job summary

Athene is seeking a high-impact Senior Retirement Sales professional to own the territory across the Apollo and Vitera retirement options. You will build and execute a strategic plan, engage with advisors and recordkeepers, and drive measurable pipeline across national partnerships.

Demonstrated success in retirement plan sales, deep knowledge of ERISA, and strong presentation skills are essential. Expect a competitive base with bonus potential and travel across the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in retirement plan sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Established relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper teams.
• Deep knowledge of defined contribution markets and ERISA fundamentals.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 or Series 7 required.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual territory sales target for Apollo and Vitera retirement offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeepers.
• Develop and execute a territory plan with activities, milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Lead advisor education, field events, and finalist presentations with product support when needed.
• Collaborate with Apollo's Global Wealth field counterparts to align coverage.
• Coordinate with recordkeeper partners on joint meetings and campaigns.
