Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in retirement plan sales or equivalent experience.
• Established relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper teams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for client education and sales.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 or Series 7 licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual territory sales target across Apollo/Vitera retirement offerings.
• Build relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeepers, converting partnerships into local adoption.
• Develop and execute a territory plan with priority advisors, activity cadence, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead advisor education, field events, and finalist presentations; coordinate with product specialists as needed.
• Collaborate with Apollo's Global Wealth field teams to align coverage and win together.
• Coordinate with recordkeeper partners on joint meetings and campaigns.
• Leverage CRM data and AI tools to refine targeting and maintain pipeline discipline.
