Athene is seeking a senior retirement plan sales leader to own territory targets and drive advisor– and recordkeeper–level partnerships across defined contribution offerings. You will develop strategic plans, lead educational events, and coordinate with internal teams to win opportunities while maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

Competenze

• 10+ years in retirement plan sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Established relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper teams.
• Strong command of advisor-led channels and home office-to-field opportunities.
• Knowledge of defined contribution market, ERISA fundamentals, and private assets or guaranteed income.
• Excellent presentation skills and sound judgment; FINRA licenses required.

Mansioni

• Own the annual territory sales target across the Apollo and Vitera defined contribution offering.
• Build relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper field teams.
• Develop and execute a territory plan with priority advisors and measurable outcomes.
• Lead advisor education, field events, and finalist presentations; coordinate with product specialists.
• Collaborate with Global Wealth field counterparts to align coverage and win together.
• Coordinate with recordkeeper partners on joint meetings, campaigns, and opportunities.
• Use CRM data, market intelligence, and AI tools to refine targeting and maintain pipeline discipline.
