Athene is seeking a senior sales leader to own the annual territory sales target for the defined contribution offerings, building and strengthening relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper teams nationwide. The role emphasizes collaboration with wealth field counterparts to maximize opportunities and drive accountable pipeline development.

Annual base pay ranges from $200,000 to $275,000, with potential discretionary bonuses.

Qualifications

10+ years in retirement plan sales or equivalent experience.
Established relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper teams.
Strong experience with advisor-led and recordkeeper channels and translating relationships into opportunities.
Knowledge of defined contribution market, ERISA, and private assets or guaranteed income.
FINRA Series 6 and 63 or Series 7 required.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.

Responsabilités

Own the annual territory sales target across Apollo and Vitera defined contribution offerings.
Build relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper teams to convert partnerships into local adoption.
Develop and execute a territory plan with priority advisors, activity cadence, and measurable sales outcomes.
Lead advisor education, field events, and finalist presentations; coordinate with product specialists while owning the relationship.
Collaborate with Apollo's Global Wealth field counterparts to align coverage and share market insights.
Coordinate with recordkeeper partners on meetings, campaigns, and opportunities.
Utilize CRM data and AI tools to refine targeting and maintain pipeline discipline.
