Athene is seeking a VP Sales for Defined Contribution to drive sales of Apollo DC private assets and Vitera guaranteed income in an assigned territory. The role requires building and sustaining relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper teams, and achieving a year-round sales target.

You will travel 70%+ within the territory, collaborate with product and investment specialists, and align with global wealth field counterparts to maximize opportunities.

Formación

• 10+ years in retirement plan sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Established relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper teams.
• Strong command of advisor-led and recordkeeper channels and translating home office opportunities to the field.
• Knowledge of ERISA fundamentals and private assets or guaranteed income as relevant capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own the annual territory sales target across Apollo and Vitera DC offerings.
• Build relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper field teams to convert partnerships into local adoption.
• Develop and execute a territory plan with priority advisors and measurable sales outcomes.
• Lead advisor education, field events, and presentations, bringing in product experts as needed.
• Coordinate with recordkeeper partners on joint meetings and campaigns.
• Use CRM data, market intelligence, and AI tools to refine targeting and maintain pipeline discipline.
