Job summary

LG Electronics seeks a seasoned executive to lead the data center cooling solutions business across North America. You will shape the commercial strategy, guide engineering support, and drive growth with hyperscale and colocation customers, aligning with product roadmaps and industry standards.

The role requires deep HVAC expertise, 10+ years of leadership, and a proven track record in multi-million-dollar revenue management, engaging with top customers and industry stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of HVAC, applied equipment, or building systems experience.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering strongly preferred.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
• Proven record leading national sales organizations.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar revenue businesses.
• Strong background in chiller systems and applied HVAC solutions.
• Demonstrated success developing executive-level customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term strategy for the data center cooling business.
• Establish annual and multi-year revenue, margin, and market share objectives.
• Identify emerging opportunities within hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and AI data center markets.
• Lead strategic planning and business expansion initiatives.
• Develop executive-level relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and technology developments.
• Lead all sales functions associated with data center cooling solutions.
• Achieve annual bookings, revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
• Develop strategic account plans for major customers.
• Direct sales efforts involving: Hyperscale Operators, Colocation Providers, Cloud Service Providers, etc.
• Lead executive negotiations on major projects and strategic agreements.
• Improve sales effectiveness through process optimization, forecasting, and pipeline management.
