LG Electronics seeks a VP, Chiller Sales, Engineering & Aftermarket for North America data center cooling solutions. This home-office role requires strategic vision, technical leadership in chiller systems, and strong executive engagement with hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise customers.

You will drive revenue growth, lead cross-functional teams, and shape product roadmaps while representing LG at major industry events and ensuring superior customer success in mission-critical facilities.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 15 years of HVAC, applied equipment, or building systems experience.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering strongly preferred; MBA preferred.
• Experience leading national sales organizations and multi‑million dollar revenue businesses.

• Lead the overall commercial strategy and sales execution for data center cooling solutions in North America.
• Develop executive-level relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
• Direct sales efforts involving hyperscale operators, colocation providers, and cloud service providers.
• Provide engineering leadership and align product roadmaps with customer needs.
• Lead organizational development, coaching, and talent retention across functions.
