LG Electronics seeks a Sr Account Manager to join its Data Center Cooling sales team in the Eco Solutions division in the United States. The role focuses on selling chiller technologies, building relationships with owner customers and reps, and shaping go-to-market strategies.

The candidate will lead pipeline development, deliver presentations, and provide competitor intelligence and performance analyses to management, while traveling across the U.S. to meet customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Sales Engineer in HVAC, process cooling, or data center industry.
• Knowledge of process cooling equipment design (including chillers) is desirable.
• Willingness to travel throughout the U.S.
• Motivated and self-starter with ability to work independently from remote locations.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and monitor a target list of key data center and/or process cooling customers.
• Grow strong relationships as the point of contact for owner customers and channel partners.
• Build an opportunity pipeline and provide monthly forecasts for awards and revenue.
• Create compelling sales presentations & proposals with LG’s value proposition.
• Sell LG cooling technologies including chiller products to reps and customers.
• Provide ongoing training and education of reps and customers on process cooling technology and LG advantages.
• Coordinate customer support with LG teams as needed.
• Advocate for product and roadmap decisions based on customer input.
