This home-office role travels to major hubs and reports to the Senior VP, guiding strategy, engineering support, and growth with hyperscale and colocation customers. The role requires deep HVAC and data-center expertise, a proven track record in leading national sales teams, and the ability to align product roadmaps with market

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of HVAC, applied equipment, or building systems experience.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering strongly preferred.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
• Proven record leading national sales organizations.
• Experience selling to hyperscale customers.
• Experience supporting mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term strategy for the data center cooling business.
• Establish annual and multi-year revenue, margin, and market share objectives.
• Identify emerging opportunities within hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and AI data center markets.
• Lead strategic planning and business expansion initiatives.
• Develop executive-level relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and technology developments.
• Lead all sales functions associated with data center cooling solutions.
• Achieve annual bookings, revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
• Develop strategic account plans for major customers.
