Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology with 8+ years leading enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI functions.
• Deep expertise in data science, ML, statistics, experimentation, and decision intelligence.
• Experience industrializing generative and agentic AI, incl. LLMs and LLMOps.
• Strong data platforms and AI-powered data engineering experience.
• Operationalize insights through KPIs, dashboards, and embedded analytics.
• Architecture leadership with enterprise-level data/AI roadmaps.
• Data governance, security, cataloging, lineage, responsible AI.
• Experience with cloud data ecosystems and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise Data & Analytics strategy across data management, AI-powered data engineering, governance, platforms, analytics, and data science.
• Build and scale a global data science and AI practice delivering ROI across the business.
• Industrialize AI-driven insights embedding into business processes and decision-making.
• Drive enterprise adoption by translating insights into clear, decision-ready narratives.
• Partner with leaders to shape a value-driven portfolio of data/AI use cases.
• Modernize and scale AI-powered data engineering, DataOps, and data products.
• Establish enterprise standards across governance, security, and responsible AI.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a global, multidisciplinary team.
