Qualifications

• At least 5 years of post-admission legal practice.
• JD degree and compliance with licensing requirements for the jurisdiction.
• Knowledge of complex financial products and services.
• Ability to assume significant independent responsibility immediately.

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of litigation matters from intake through resolution.
• Defend the Firm in litigation involving Consumer and Community banking products and services, assess affirmative litigation risk."
• Guide outside counsel on strategy, supervise discovery, and advise clients on legal risk.
• Develop strategic litigation plans, including exposure analysis and defenses for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate outside counsel, oversee scope, staffing, budgets, and quality of work.
