Qualifications

• JD admitted to practice in the state of practice and in good standing.
• 5+ years of legal experience in a regulatory agency, government, or large consumer banking organization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple matters with urgency, precision, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and practical legal advice to Consumer Branch Banking and related initiatives.
• Research and interpret banking regulations and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and manage issues end-to-end and advise on broader risks and impacts.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Controls to support departments.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on compliance implications.
• Participate in or lead department-wide projects and priorities.
