As a Vice President, Assistant General Counsel in Consumer & Community Banking Litigation, you will handle litigation matters from beginning to end: retaining outside counsel, guiding them regarding strategy, reviewing briefs, assisting with discovery, and advising our clients as needed. You will manage defensive litigation filed against the bank involving Consumer, Business Banking, Auto, Credit Card, Commercial, and Asset Wealth Management, and advise our clients on legal risk, reporting, and issues related to litigation.

Identify recurring themes and create playbooks, templates, and lessons-learned guidance to strengthen controls, improve defensibility, and reduce repeat litigation risk.
