Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or equivalent required. Must be licensed to practice law.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in complex litigation within law firm or corporate setting.
• Experience defending securities class actions and familiarity with financial services litigation.

Responsibilities

• Strategically lead and manage a portfolio of complex financial services litigation matters from intake through resolution.
• Defend the Firm in securities class actions, M&A and lending disputes tied to banking products and services.
• Provide pre-litigation counseling and strategic advice to senior stakeholders.
• Manage outside counsel relationships, scope, budgets, and quality control of work product.
• Lead discovery, including document preservation, privilege review, depositions, and e-discovery coordination.
• Advise on risk and strategy to prevent disputes and improve defensibility.
