Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a VP, Construction Management – Disbursing in the United States. The role oversees CM team training, budget reviews, and loan draw processes across consumer, business banking, and commercial teams.

You will ensure compliance, drive process improvements, and coordinate with cross-functional departments. Qualified candidates have 5–7 years in construction management, strong leadership, and on-site inspection capability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage, train and mentor the CM team and oversee day-to-day processing.
• Ensure CM staff resolve issues related to client files.
• Develop foundational skills to process construction draws bank-wide.
• Monitor and audit work products of direct reports.
• Drive efficiencies in the CM disbursement process through improved methods.
• Partner with relationship teams to drive process improvements.
• Assist CM staff in daily processing as needed.
• Oversee budget reviews and Cost Breakdown Summaries.
• Attend client and loan staff meetings to guide the process.
• Review loan draw accuracy and correct errors.
• Maintain third-party inspectors and recruit as needed.
