Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a VP, Construction Management – Disbursing to lead CM teams across Consumer, Business Banking and Commercial units. You will oversee training, progress, and audits of customer files, focusing on budgets, cost breakdowns, loan draws, and error correction.

The role requires on-site leadership, strong communication, and travel to various markets. Prior CM leadership and construction knowledge are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience in construction management.
• 5-7 years' experience in construction management and related leadership roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced knowledge of construction cost breakdowns and loan draw processes.
• Ability to travel to different markets as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, train and mentor the CM team with coaching and performance oversight.
• Ensure CM staff resolve client file issues and maintain accuracy of draws.
• Oversee budgeting and cost breakdown summaries across markets.
• Drive process improvements for construction disbursement workflows.
• Coordinate with client relationship teams to streamline loan draws and documentation.
