Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to serve as a national expert in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance and agency operations. You will partner with divisional and regional leadership to advance objectives, optimize workflow, and strengthen performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives.
• Applied EPIC experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish and promote standardized workflows and best practices.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost productivity and client outcomes.
• Evaluate operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze staffing and capacity to support growth.
• Support M&A integration through operational assessments and planning.
• Provide guidance on agency operations, workflows, and systems (EPIC).
• Collaborate with producers and leadership to drive engagement and implementation.
