Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial Property & Casualty operations. Fully remote work is preferred, with potential hybrid onsite in some circumstances.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Experience with EPIC or similar workflow systems preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with divisional and regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Establish standardized Commercial Lines workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce variation.
• Support M&A integration through operational assessment and alignment.
