Job summary
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations, drive standardization, and partner with leadership to improve service delivery and shareholder value.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years of commercial lines leadership in a large brokerage or agency, an active P&C license, and preferably CPCU and/or CIC designations; strong expertise in EPIC and agency workflows is highly valued.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- CPCU or CIC designation strongly preferred.
- 5–7+ years in Commercial Lines operational leadership within a large brokerage/agency.
- Strong expertise in agency operations, workflows, and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with leadership to improve operations.
- Identify challenges and implement scalable workflow solutions.
- Standardize procedures and best practices across the organization.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to boost productivity and client outcomes.
- Support M&A integration and operating model evolution.
- Collaborate with producers, operations, and leadership to drive initiatives.
