Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a VP, Senior Credit Analyst to underwrite complex commercial loans secured by real estate, accounts receivable, inventory or fixed assets, and unsecured loans of varying complexity. You will perform cash flow analysis, collateral evaluation, and overall deal review to form solid recommendations.

The role requires 10+ years in commercial credit, asset-based lending experience, and strong communication with lenders and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial credit involving complex transactions.
• Experience in asset based lending required both in underwriting and monitoring.

Responsabilités

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions including CRE, C&I, leveraged finance and tax credits.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external customers.
• Support lending officers in structuring and analyzing potential transactions.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to junior credit associates.
