• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions including CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits.
• Clearly communicate with internal and external customers.
• Work with others to produce needed outcomes and meet deadlines.
• Follow-up analysis on financial statements and borrowing base history.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial industry, economy and competition.
• Ensure covenant and financial statement items are tracked in follow-up systems.
• Support lending officers in structuring and analyzing potential transactions.
• Coordinate with lending units to monitor future maturities and pipeline.
