Job summary

Qualifications

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions with varying levels of complexity (CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, tax credits).
• Analyze cash flow, debt service, projections and trends to support solid credit decisions.
• Communicate findings clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong decision-making and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions, including CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to obtain needed information.
• Collaborate with teams to meet deadlines and produce outcomes.
• Perform follow-up analyses of financial statements and borrowing histories.
• Stay current on financial markets, economy, and competition; monitor covenant compliance.
