Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a VP, Senior Credit Analyst to underwrite complex commercial loans secured by real estate, accounts receivable, inventory or fixed assets. Role emphasizes cash flow analysis, collateral evaluation, and thorough risk review across high-visibility transactions.

You will support lending teams, review periodic financials, and participate in weekly loan committee meetings to drive sound credit decisions with a client-focused approach.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in commercial credit involving complex transactions.
• Asset-based lending experience required both in underwriting and monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions including CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external customers.
• Collaborate to meet deadlines and produce needed outcomes.
• Perform follow-up analysis on financial statements and borrowing base history.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the financial industry, economy, and competition.
• Ensure covenant certificates and other follow-ups are documented.
• Support lending officers in structuring and analyzing potential transactions.
• Oversee loan maturities and pipeline with lending units to ensure deadlines.
• Participate in weekly loan committee meetings as Credit Department rep.
• Coach junior credit associates and mentor teammates.
• Join customer calls and client meetings when appropriate.
