Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a VP, Senior Credit Analyst to lead underwriting of complex commercial loan transactions secured by real estate, accounts receivable, inventory, fixed assets, and unsecured loans. The role emphasizes cash flow analysis, collateral evaluation, and thorough review to provide solid recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial credit involving complex transactions.
• Experience in asset based lending required both in underwriting and monitoring.

Responsabilités

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions, which includes CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits
• Clearly communicate with internal and external customers
• Work with others to produce needed outcomes and meet deadlines
• Complete follow-up analysis on financial statements and borrowing base history
• Maintain up to date knowledge of financial industry, economy, market conditions, and competition
• Ensure credit related follow-up items are reflected on the follow-up systems
• Provide support to lending officers in structuring and analyzing potential transactions
• Partner with lending units to maintain oversight of future loan maturities and current pipeline
• Be an active participant in weekly loan committee meetings as a representative of the Credit Department
• Assist the Credit Manager in providing coaching and mentoring to junior credit associates
• Accompany Relationship Managers on customer calls and participate in client meetings
