Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks a VP, Senior Credit Analyst to underwrite complex commercial loan transactions secured by real estate, accounts receivable, inventory or fixed assets as well as unsecured loans. The role emphasizes cash flow analysis, collateral evaluation and risk assessment across levels of complexity.

You will review financial statements, Borrowing Base Certificates and Covenant compliance, while communicating with clients and internal partners to drive sound lending decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• 10+ years of commercial credit experience with complex transactions.
• Asset-based lending experience required both in underwriting and monitoring.
• Proficiency with Bankway, Salesforce, Baker Hill, Buker's Tax Analysis, Gmail, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions including CRE, C&I, leveraged finance and tax credits.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with others to produce outcomes and meet deadlines.
• Perform follow-up analysis on financial statements and borrowing base history.
• Maintain knowledge of financial industry, economy, market conditions and competition.
• Support lending officers in structuring and analyzing potential transactions.
• Coordinate with lending units to monitor maturities and pipeline, ensuring deadlines and service quality.
• Attend weekly loan committee meetings as a Credit Department representative.
• Coach and mentor junior credit associates, and participate in client calls as needed.
