Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a VP, Senior Credit Analyst to underwrite complex commercial loan transactions secured by real estate, accounts receivable, inventory or fixed assets, and unsecured loans. The role emphasizes cash flow analysis, collateral evaluation, and solid recommendations.

You will review financial information periodically, analyze borrowing bases, and collaborate with lending teams to ensure timely and accurate decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of commercial credit experience, with complex transactions.
• Asset-based lending experience required, both underwriting and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions including CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external customers.
• Support lending officers in structuring and analyzing potential transactions.
• Participate in weekly loan committee meetings as a Credit Department representative.
• Mentor junior credit associates and coach staff when needed.
• Monitor and follow up on financial statements and covenant compliance.
