Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a VP, Senior Credit Analyst to underwrite complex commercial loan transactions secured by real estate, accounts receivable, inventory or fixed assets. The role emphasizes cash flow analysis, collateral evaluation, and rigorous credit review to support solid lending decisions.

You will work with lending teams to manage future maturities, review borrowings, and participate in loan committee discussions while mentoring junior associates.

Qualifications

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions including CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits.
• Analyze financial statements with focus on cash flow, collateral, and debt service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial industry trends and market conditions.

Responsabilités

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions with varying complexity.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external customers.
• Support lending officers in structuring and analyzing transactions.
• Participate in weekly loan committee meetings as a Credit Department representative.
