Fuze Health Inc. seeks an accomplished senior leader to drive clinical call center and pharmacy operations across a large, multi-site, 24/7 environment. You will balance cost, quality, and service levels while guiding strategic programs and vendor partnerships.

The role requires a track record of scaling remote/hybrid teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering improved outcomes in healthcare operations. Travel up to 25% is expected; a pharmacology background is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of executive experience leading large clinical call centers.
• Experience managing 400+ FTEs in 24/7 high-volume environments.
• Licensed Pharmacist (RPh) with state board eligibility in operation states.
