Fuze Health Inc. seeks an experienced executive to lead Clinical Call and Operations across a large, multi-site setup with a vast remote workforce. You will drive regulatory compliance, staffing strategies, and high-quality patient engagement in a fast-growing healthcare tech environment.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders to align initiatives, manage 24/7 operations, and scale the organization while maintaining rigorous standards for safety and service delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive executive experience leading complex, large-scale clinical call centers, clinical operations, or pharmacy operations in high-growth, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertically across legacy TruePill and Alto, +450 agents with 24/7 coverage.
• Lead regulatory compliance and safety, ensuring state board and DEA standards are met.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care agents and licensed professionals to balance cost, service, quality, and growth.
• Standardize performance across a large work-from-home team and modernize Rx contact center SOPs.
• Drive continuous improvement to elevate productivity and efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, and other leaders to align launches with execution readiness.
• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for multi-site, high-volume pharmacy fulfillment.
