VertexOne is expanding its Client Success Team in North America. The Client Success Manager will nurture relationships across a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and renewals in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in account management within the utilities sector.
• Experience managing client contracts and SLAs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong client relationships to secure renewals and growth.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries, escalations, and guidance.
• Educate clients on VertexOne products and value delivered.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones.
• Prepare executive reviews and track client SLAs and revenue.
