Job summary

Influential, a Publicis Groupe partner, is seeking a Vice President of Client Management in New York. The role leads client excellence, agency partnerships, and a high-performing team to drive campaign activations and creator-led content delivery.

The VP will own client relationships, oversee cross-functional teams, and ensure profitable engagements while adopting Influential’s ways of working. In-office presence is encouraged with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in client leadership, agency management, or related roles within media, marketing, or influencer ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, creator-led content, and performance-driven campaigns.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and partners with focus, resilience, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior point of contact for agency leadership and key client stakeholders.
• Lead day to day operational teams grounded in service and support of campaign activations.
• Manage and resolve client escalations, when necessary raising to the SVP, Client Management lead as appropriate.
• Partner with Influential Sales lead to manage existing client relationships and when appropriate assist in expanding client scopes.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations team to monitor client profitability and ensure financially sound engagements.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing Client Management team in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
