Job summary

Influential, a Publicis Groupe partner, is seeking an SVP, Client Management to lead a cross-functional team and deliver best-in-class creator branded content for a high-profile retail client.

You will drive agency leadership, nurture client relationships, and oversee staffing, profitability, and ongoing process improvements, while navigating Publicis Groupe structures and complex campaigns across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital advertising or a related field.
• Excellent engagement and negotiation skills across client management and conflict resolution.
• Experience and/or aptitude for working in a startup environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and priorities with discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication for external and internal clients.
• Ability to generate process and structure in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube).
• Curiosity and drive to stay current on trends in social, influencer, and commerce spaces.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Influential discipline leads to ensure staffing across strategy, analytics, performance media, and creator capabilities.
• Collaborate with EVP, Client Management lead on profitability for the portfolio.
• Ensure the team is trained on Influential processes and client management methods.
• Lead training with action plans for each team member.
• Maintain a client-first mindset and address challenges, roadblocks, opportunities, and pivots.
• Develop and lead client reviews, QBRs, and milestone campaigns for excellence.
• Monitor client performance objectives and ensure goals are met or exceeded.
• Build trust by overseeing client outputs and communications.
• Oversee monthly billing reconciliation and reporting to SVP, Groupe.
• Stay informed about industry trends and client verticals.
