Responsibilities include managing senior client relationships, ensuring operational rigor, and delivering measurable outcomes aligned with Influential’s VBS model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in client leadership, agency management, or related roles within media, marketing, or influencer ecosystems.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and navigating complex holding-company environments.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, creator-led content, and performance-driven campaigns.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and partners with focus and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior point of contact for agency leadership and key client stakeholders, fostering trusted partnerships.
• Lead day-to-day operational teams supporting campaign activations.
• Partner with Sales to manage existing client relationships and expand opportunities.
• Oversee client management processes, tools, and reporting to leadership.
• Drive client satisfaction and portfolio performance with a client-first mindset.
