The role requires exceptional leadership, deep knowledge of influencer marketing, and the ability to manage multiple clients across campaigns, with a focus on growth and profitability within a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in client leadership, agency management, or related roles within media, marketing, or influencer ecosystems.
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and navigating complex holding‑company environments.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, creator‑led content, and performance‑driven campaigns.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day to day operational teams grounded in service and support of campaign activations.
• Manage and resolve client escalations, when necessary raising to the SVP, Client Management lead as appropriate.
• Partner with Sales to manage existing client relationships and unlock net‑new opportunities.
• Oversee margin delivery and reporting to senior leadership and Enablement leads.
