Job summary

Argo Group seeks a senior AVP to lead the Claims Quality Assurance & Performance Management program in an in-office role in Omaha, NE. The position reports to the QA Lead and collaborates with senior leadership to align the QA program with enterprise standards and drive data-driven improvements across claims.

The AVP will design QA methodologies, establish governance, and connect QA outcomes to KPI trends, reporting, and executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced credentials preferred.
• Experience with insurance/claims audit, process improvement, and performance management.
• Guidewire certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• QA strategy, governance, and audit methodology development.
• Link QA findings to KPI trends and leadership reporting with analytics.
• Oversee Guidewire utilization audits and data integrity; drive continuous improvement.
