Job summary

You will partner with Compliance, Audit, and senior management to implement changes, deliver reports, and coach staff to meet regulatory standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 7 years in Retail Banking with a focus on operations and/or risk management.
• Minimum 3 years in management leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations risk and compliance integrity.
• Develop, write, and implement branch policies and procedures.
• Direct and perform ongoing branch reviews to ensure standards.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Audit, and Risk Management on changes impacting branch operations.
• Lead and present operational status reports and scorecards to executive management.
