Responsibilities

• Manage and be fully accountable for branch operations meeting administrative, compliance, operational, sales, service and profitability objectives.
• Make regular business development calls to solicit loans and deposits or improve services to clients.
• Oversee and guide staff to provide bank products and services; ensure quality service.
• Represent the bank in the community through civic and charitable activities.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures; maintain fair treatment.
