Job summary

Qualifications

• Three to five years' experience in a similar capacity with management/supervisory responsibilities.
• Thorough knowledge of bank policies and procedures.
• General knowledge of complex support systems, branch efficiency and productivity, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Computer experience (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• Good management skills with emphasis on planning, organization and scheduling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bi-lingual English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and sales leadership, model quality customer service and branch operations.
• Profile customers during new accounts and teller transactions to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and track individual performance goals; coach staff accordingly.
• Manage sales production goals for team and individuals.
• Support onboarding plans with Branch/Relationship Manager and set up products/services.
• Assist marketing activities to drive branch growth and profitability.
• May register as Mortgage Loan Originator as needed.
• Represent the bank in community and professional activities.
