Job summary

Care Com is seeking a senior operations leader to own the strategy, performance, and P&L impact of the Backup Care network and fulfillment across children, adult/senior, and pet care.

You will lead the Enterprise Operations team responsible for caregiver sourcing, vetting, network adequacy, and day-to-day fulfillment, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive metrics such as fill rate, time-to-match, member satisfaction, and cost-per-fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, performance, and P&L impact of the Backup Care network and fulfillment operation across children, adult/senior, and pet care.
• Lead and scale the Enterprise Operations team responsible for caregiver sourcing, vetting, network adequacy, and day-to-day fulfillment.
• Drive operational KPIs like fill rate, time-to-match, member satisfaction, and cost-per-fulfillment while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Sales.
